Ben is please to have forged a healthy partnership with REFLEX Nutrition for his 2008 challenge for the Avon Tyres British GT Championship. REFLEX are a well recognised player in the world of sports nutrition supplements and will be supplying Ben with products throughout the season as part of the sponsorship deal. Ben will also be working closely with the UK based company to promote the benefits of their products as part of a healthy diet and training regime.

"I am pleased to have REFLEX on board", said Ben," as their products play a key part in getting the most out of my training routines. In motorsport a good level of fitness can give you the edge over your rivals, particularly in a series like British GT where the equalisation of all cars means the outcome could be decided by the drivers at the end of the season. I have used a number of products over the years but since using REFLEX have seen the best results from my training."

Ben trains six days a week as well as having a very busy home and working life so supplementing his diet with REFLEX products mean his body and fitness level never suffer. "It can be difficult to take on board the right amount of food at the right times everyday with my lifestyle so I get all the extra protein, energy & nutrients I need with a shake or bar on the move. Having said that, my diet at the moment is as good as it has ever been and I feel the best I ever have so am looking forward to a serious challenge on this years Avon Tyres British GT Championship.

Ben uses REFLEX Microwhey to maximise his preparation training and will be fuelled by REFLEX Whey Refresh on race weekends. Ben's CHAD Racing team mate, Guy Harrington, will also be supplied with Whey Refresh on race weekends so the 2007 race winners will be more than ready to take the challenge to their opposition this season.
